1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions serve as the foundation for operating the sonabet live platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the sonabet live website, mobile application and all services included within it. "User" or "you" refers to any person registered on this platform. "We", "our" or "Company" refers to the entity operating sonabet live.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and use services on the sonabet live platform. If information provided at the time of registration is later found to be false, particularly regarding age, the account will be immediately terminated and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any bonuses and winnings earned will be considered void. Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is also considered a violation of this policy.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Any discrepancy found in the name, mobile number, date of birth or payment-related information may delay the account verification process. A national identity card or equivalent document may be required for identity verification.

2.4 Password and Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep the account password secure. Never share your password with any third party. If there is any suspicion of unauthorised access to the account, the support team must be notified immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at sonabet live is ৳500. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major commercial banks). Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added directly to the account balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The payment method used for withdrawal must be registered in the user's own name.

3.3 Account Verification

The account must be fully verified before making a withdrawal request. If the account verification process is not completed, the withdrawal request will be kept pending. The Company may request additional verification documents for any withdrawal.

3.4 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, sonabet live reserves the right to investigate it. During this time, withdrawals from the relevant account may be temporarily suspended. If any evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, action will be taken in accordance with the law.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning you must wager an amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 25 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. In the above example, wagering of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 is required.

Bonuses are never given directly as withdrawable balance — winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. If bonus abuse is detected, it will be deducted from the account.

4.2 Other Promotions

Weekend sonabet live Festival, Daily sonabet live Rewards, Cricket Mania Bonus, Birthday sonabet live Gift and Refer a Friend — each promotion has its own wagering requirements and eligibility. While one promotion is active, another promotion in the same category cannot be claimed at the same time.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If any user attempts to take advantage of bonuses using multiple accounts, false identities or any other method, sonabet live may cancel all such accounts and withdraw all associated bonuses and winnings.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

sonabet live offers betting across various sports, casino and other gaming categories. Each game or market has its own betting limits, which are clearly stated in the game lobby. The platform reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.2 Finality of Results

Game results will be considered final once confirmed by the platform's system. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, sonabet live reserves the right to correct it. For sports betting, the official result issued by the relevant sports authority will be considered final.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Participating in match fixing or any other fraudulent activity
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform
• Colluding with other users to gain a betting advantage
• Using funds obtained through fraud for betting

6 Privacy and Data Protection

sonabet live places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how data is collected, stored and used.

User data is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. Information is shared with third parties only to meet legal obligations or with the user's consent. Payment-related information is stored on a separate secure server and no employee of the Company has visibility of complete card or account numbers.

Users may request deletion of their account. However, some information may be retained for a specified period for legal and regulatory reasons.

7 VIP Program and Cashback

sonabet live's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Bronze tier members receive up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses, Silver tier up to 0.7% and Gold tier up to 1.0% cashback.

Cashback is calculated based on the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Example: if a Silver tier member's net loss for one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on regular activity and betting on the platform.

VIP benefits are for personal use only. If an account is shared with someone else or an attempt is made to fraudulently obtain VIP benefits, all benefits will be cancelled.

8 Responsible Gaming

sonabet live believes in responsible gaming. Gaming is a recreational activity and should not be seen as a source of income. Users can set their own betting limits and, if needed, temporarily suspend their account.

10 Account Termination and Suspension

10.1 Closure by User

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and the balance must be withdrawn.

10.2 Suspension by the Company

sonabet live may immediately suspend or terminate any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• If it is proven that the account was opened using false information
• If the user is found to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activities
• If serious security concerns arise regarding the account
• If a self-exclusion request is made in accordance with responsible gaming guidelines

11 Limitation of Liability

sonabet live operates its platform with the highest level of care. However, the Company will not be fully liable if services are disrupted due to internet connectivity issues, third-party technical failures or unforeseen natural disasters.

If incorrect odds or amounts are displayed due to a technical error, sonabet live reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet. However, the affected user will be duly informed before any such action is taken.

12 Changes to Terms

sonabet live reserves the right to change or revise these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified in a timely manner via email or through the platform.

Continued use of the platform after revised terms are published will be taken as the user's agreement to the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must request closure of your account.

The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page. Each version will include the date of the update.

13 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between sonabet live and a user, a resolution will first be sought through discussion. The user should contact the support team and raise the matter. The support team will review the issue and communicate a decision as promptly as possible.

If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, both parties may follow the available legal process. The Company's final decision in resolving a dispute will generally be considered binding, though the right to appeal in accordance with the law will remain.
